3 Self-analysis 30 Have a go! Now you know more about components of tness and their application to sporting examples, as well as tness testing, you are ready to start thinking about completing your self-analysis. To complete your self-analysis, you must: 1. Collect data on your current tness levels a) Complete a range of tness tests. Set up each tness test following the test protocol so that the data collected is valid and reliable (refer to Table 3.2, p. 24). b) Record your pre- tness programme scores.
